MagicDoc is a document scanning, encryption, archiving and retrieval solution suitable for home and business use. It can handle both paper documents and documents that already exist on the computer as electronic files.
With just one mouseclick MagicDoc enables you to scan, encrypt, and save your documents. Each document can be given a Subject for use in the retrieval process. Documents can also be categorised with user-defined types, which makes for better archiving.
The text search tool helps you to retrieve Documents within seconds. The native search engine is based on a HASH KEY algoritm which is extremely fast. There is no need to relay on complex SQL engines (which are difficult to install and administer). The query is very easy to write, you just type the words you are looking for, no need for complex AND OR constructs.
